Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie

Smoothies are nearly impossible to screw up. One of my favorites for breakfast is loaded with oatmeal, banana and strawberries. 

Add the following items to your blender, add ice (optional), blend + enjoy!

  1. Almond milk
  2. Baby oatmeal
  3. Banana (fresh or frozen)
  4. Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  5. Vanilla protein powder (I prefer Sunwarrier brand)
  6. Hempseeds (optional)
  7. Flaxseeds (optional)



Green Power Smoothie

My favorite smoothie to get when I'm in New York City is Terri's Vegan Cafe's green power smoothie, with almond milk instead of soy. It's so easy to make at home.

Put the following foods into a blender, add ice (optional), blend + enjoy! 

  1. Kale
  2. Pear
  3. Banana (fresh or frozen)
  4. Almond butter
  5. Almond milk
