Nut Milk

I've used nut and soy milk for a long time. However, most store-bought versions have a lot of added ingredients. So I make my own! Here's a super easy recipe. I bet once you start making your own, you'll never go back to store-bought!

  1. Soak one cup of cashews or almonds in water overnight.

  2. The next morning, rinse with filtered water.

  3. Mix the nuts with Bob's Red Mill Date Crumbles to taste, depending on how sweet you like your milk.

  4. Add a dash of vanilla.

  5. Blend on high speed with four cups of water.

  6. Enjoy!
